Accommodation Guide for Groups and Families

For many people, a Tiny House suggests a getaway for two. In fact, with the right category, stays for up to five guests are possible. If you are planning to come as a larger group, there are a few points worth knowing before booking.

Capacity varies by category

Not every room type has the same capacity. Our Standard and Standard with Pool rooms are planned for two guests. The Superior, Deluxe and Family categories accommodate three, four or five guests. For three or more people, choosing the right category is therefore the first step.

Pricing is tiered by number of guests

The nightly rate depends on both the room type and the number of guests. Each additional guest adds a set amount, shown clearly in the rate table on each room page. Weekday and weekend (Friday-Saturday) rates also differ from one another.

The Family category

Designed for families with children, the Family Tiny House offers a separate sleeping area with its 2+1 layout. With 35 m² of interior space and a 25 m² private garden, it provides both room to spread out and a safe outdoor space for children.

Booking more than one house

For groups larger than five, the most practical option is to reserve several adjacent Tiny Houses. Since each house is independent with its own garden and jacuzzi, the group can spend time together while everyone keeps their privacy. Contact us directly for availability of neighbouring houses.

Pre-booking checklist

• Confirm the number of guests: Category selection follows from this.
• Check your dates: Weekend nights are subject to a different rate.
• Consider a pool option: For larger groups, a private pool makes a noticeable difference.
• Mention special requests: Celebrations, extra beds or adjacent houses — let us know when booking.
